Manx Lit Fest
I’ll be visiting the Isle of Man this month. I’m hosting an evening of stories, music, art and gin at the Fynoderee Distillery in Ramsey on 27 September. There’s a G&T on arrival before my talk about modern gin-making and what inspires the people crafting the spirit.
I will be joined by Tiffany Kerruish and the Fynoderee Distillery team with samples of their most popular gins. It would be great to see you there!
There will then be time for another drink (or two), music … and book-signing.
The Fynoderee Distillery is dedicated to the production of premium spirits with genuine Manx roots and heritage. Distilled and bottled in Ramsey, the gins, rums and whiskeys feature Manx-grown and hand-foraged botanicals.
I hope we will get introduced to Fynodere’s Autumn Edition Manx Dry Gin. It features crisp Manx apple and crab apple, the earthiness of hand-picked rowanberry and rosehip, and the sweetness of wild-foraged plum. A great way to celebrate harvest time on the Isle of Man (or Yn Mheillea in Manx Gaelic).
